Our Craft

Real Assam Tea. A Distinctive Fermentation Process.

CRAFTED THROUGH FERMENTATION

HOLLONG 9 Classic brings together the finest Assam tea leaves, fermentation research and contemporary beverage craftsmanship. Developed by Tastaroma Food & Beverages Unit 1 in Guwahati, Assam, our approach transforms the character of Assam tea into a distinctive crafted tea wine.

FERMENTED, NOT FLAVOURED

French Desserts with Sweet Wine

HOLLONG 9 is crafted from real Assam tea leaves rather than being a grape wine with added tea flavouring.

Our approach focuses on tea polyphenol fermentation, allowing the natural character of Assam tea to form the foundation of the beverage.
